Zoom Cloud Meetings is a cloud-based service for online meetings. Though released in 2012, it was only after the coronavirus outbreak that Zoom has skyrocketed in popularity. And rightly so! The user-friendly interface, along with a range of practical features, makes Zoom one of the best apps of the sort.

What Is Zoom?

You can use the app for various purposes due to its multifunctionality and simplicity. If you have a free plan, you can host only a 40-minute meeting, then it will be interrupted, and you will have to rejoin the conference. Uninterrupted meetings are only available with a paid plan. It is worth mentioning that you can do it with a free plan unless you need to hold meetings with more than a hundred participants. A range of options such as reporting, user management, and recording a meeting directly into the cloud will not be available, though.
